What you can do today
Ask for the work.
Keep using your AI.
Real Frontpage tools, with the same saved records and permissions.
Make the page change you need.
Ask your connected AI to read the current page, make a specific edit, and check the preview. Keep the design you already have.
See website editing toolsAdd emergency plumbing to my services page. Keep the layout and show me the preview. Do not publish.

01Save the requested edit
02Check the matching preview
03Organize customers from your AI.
Find contacts, review their details, and manage groups with separate People access. Your existing site permissions still apply.
See People operationsCreate an empty People group called Spring maintenance. Do not add anyone or start any email rules.
Check People write access
01Create the named group
02Read back the saved group
03Prepare the email. Choose when to send.
Work on templates, campaigns, and series through Frontpage's email tools. Saving a draft stays separate from sending it.
See email operationsDraft an email about spring maintenance. Show me the subject and message. Do not send, activate a series, or enroll anyone.
Check email write access
01Save an unsent email draft
02Read back the saved content
03Illustrated examples, not live account data. People and email need separate access. Sending, activation, and enrollment need your explicit instruction.
Coming next
Your whole account.
From your AI.
We're expanding the MCP server so your AI can do more across Frontpage, beyond website pages, People, and email.
That means broader account control and more client connections. These capabilities are planned for the next release, not available in today's beta.

People and email are a separate choice. Source access alone never grants access to your customer records. You can review or disconnect a connection in Developers → Connected Apps.

A few clear answers.
Setup, access, and what's coming next.
What does MCP mean?
Model Context Protocol. It is an open standard that lets an AI app use tools from another service. Frontpage's server gives your connected AI tools for the Frontpage work you allow.
What can I use today?
The beta covers website source, previews, and supported People and email operations. Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor CLI, Grok web and interactive Grok Build have tested connection paths. ChatGPT supports a tested custom MCP connection where your account permits it. Directory submissions are separate from these direct connections. See the setup guide for each client's limits.
Will it control my entire account?
That is the direction of the next release. We are expanding beyond site source, People, and email to broader account control. Those new capabilities are not included in today's beta. They will still need the right access and product permissions.
Which Frontpage plan do I need?
The current beta requires an eligible Scale site. The connection checks your site's plan, your current role, and the access you approved. Your AI provider may have its own plan requirements.
Can it publish a website or send email?
Today's MCP source tools save edits and build previews. You review and publish in Frontpage. Email tools can send with separate write access and the normal recipient and review checks, but only when you explicitly ask. Saving a draft does not send it.
Do I need to install or host a server?
No. Frontpage hosts the MCP server. Follow the setup for your supported client, sign in to Frontpage, and approve access. The MCP connection does not need a separate CLI API key.
Can I limit access or disconnect?
Yes. Choose selected sites or all current and future eligible sites. Set source access separately from People and email. Manage or disconnect grants in Developers → Connected Apps. Disconnecting stops future access; it does not undo finished work or remove data already returned to your AI client.
