What does Rewind back up?

How is a snapshot different from a daily backup?
A daily backup is a full safety net taken every night. A snapshot is a lighter, change-level freeze created the moment an edit ships. Together they mean the site can restore to last night, or just to the version before the last prompt.
How far back can the owner go?
It depends on the plan. Starter keeps 7 days, Growth 30 days, and Scale 90 days. Enterprise can go custom. The available window is visible in the product.
How does a restore work?
Open Rewind, browse the timeline of backups and snapshots, preview the one that is needed, and restore it. The restore is designed to take seconds, not hours, so the owner is not stuck waiting on support.
Does restoring overwrite newer work?
Yes. Restoring fully reverts the site to that earlier version, so every change made after that point is removed from the live site. If any of that newer work is still wanted, those edits need to be applied again after the restore. The full history stays available either way, so later snapshots can still be browsed for reference.
