How to add your booking system to your website

If you already take appointments through Vagaro, Mindbody, Square, or any other booking tool, you do not have to switch a thing. Your website's job is not to replace the system you trust, it is to send ready-to-book customers straight to it in one tap.

This guide shows you how to add a "Book now" button to your Frontpage site that opens your existing booking page, and exactly where to find your booking link in the most popular services.

The one idea that changes everything

Keep the booking system you already use. Your customers, your history, your calendar, and your staff all live there, and there is no reason to move them. All your website needs to do is give a visitor an obvious button that takes them to your booking page.

That is the whole trick. A clear "Book now" button, linked to your booking system, in the places people decide. You get the polished site and the booking tool you already know, working together.

How to do it on Frontpage

It takes about a minute.

  1. Copy your booking link from your booking service (find yours in the list below).
  2. In Frontpage, add or select a button and set its text to something clear like "Book now" or "Book an appointment."
  3. Paste your booking link as the button's destination, and set it to open in a new tab so people keep your site open behind it.
  4. Put that button where people decide: in your top navigation and in your hero, and again near the bottom of the page.

Or just ask. Describe the button and paste the link:

Add a "Book now" button in the header that links to https://your-booking-page.com and opens in a new tab. Repeat it in the hero and near the bottom of the homepage.

That is it. When someone taps it, they land on your booking page, ready to pick a time.

Why it matters

A customer who is ready to book should never have to hunt for how. Every extra step is a chance to lose them. One obvious button, everywhere they look, is the difference between a booked appointment and a closed tab. Our guide on asking for the sale covers this same gap.

What good looks like

The button is easy to find, worded as a clear action, and always within reach: in your navigation, in your hero, and again near the bottom.

Frontpage handles this for you

A clean, styled button that matches the rest of your site, placed in your navigation and hero when you describe your business, and easy to tap on any phone. Your job is simply to grab your booking link and drop it in.

Where to find your booking link

Every major booking service gives you a shareable link. Menus change now and then, so if a step looks different, search that service's help center for "booking link" or "share link." Here is where to look today.

Beauty, wellness, and fitness

  • Vagaro: Open your Calendar, go to Settings, click Booking Widget, choose your widget type, and copy the link it gives you.
  • Mindbody: Find your booking URL in Site Settings under "Site Address," or use Mindbody's built-in "Book Now" button generator.
  • Fresha: Go to Online Booking, then Link Builder, and copy your booking link. Bonus: clients who book through your own link skip Fresha's new-client fee.
  • Booksy: Go to your Profile, tap Share Profile, and copy your Profile Link (you can grab a QR code here too).
  • GlossGenius: Go to Settings, then Website, to find and customize your booking site URL.

General scheduling

  • Square Appointments: In your Square Dashboard, go to Appointments, then Online Booking, then Channels, and click Get URL.
  • Acuity Scheduling: Open your Scheduling Page, click Link, and copy the direct booking link.
  • Setmore: Copy your Booking Page URL from your Setmore account settings.
  • Calendly or Cal.com: Copy your scheduling link straight from your account. Sharing a link is how these tools are built to work.

Restaurants

  • OpenTable: Generate a reservation link or widget from your OpenTable account. One note: linking to your OpenTable profile costs more per cover than using OpenTable's own booking widget, so check which fits you.
  • Resy: Grab your reservation link or widget from your Resy account.

Home and field services

  • Housecall Pro: Copy your online booking link from your Online Booking settings. It works from your website, Google, or anywhere you share it.
  • Jobber: Share your online booking link from your Jobber account so clients can book straight from your site.

Do not see your service here? Almost every booking tool has a shareable link somewhere in its settings, usually under "Online booking," "Share," or "Booking page." Once you have it, the steps above are the same.

Prefer a branded address like book.yourdomain.com instead of a generic scheduler URL? See connect a subdomain for external tools.

A few tips to get more bookings

What good looks like: the button is easy to find, worded as a clear action, and always within reach.

  • Use plain, active wording: "Book now," "Book an appointment," "Reserve a table." Skip vague labels like "Scheduling."
  • Give it a color that stands out from everything else on the page, so the eye goes straight to it.
  • Put it in more than one place: your navigation, your hero, and again near the bottom. People decide at different moments.
  • Open it in a new tab, so your site stays open behind the booking page.
  • On a phone, make sure it is big enough to tap with a thumb.

Get found and booked right from Google

Many booking services, including Vagaro, Fresha, and Square, also offer "Reserve with Google," which lets people book you directly from Google Search and Maps. It is worth turning on inside your booking tool, because it captures the customer at the exact moment they find you. Pair it with your website button and you are catching bookings both on your site and in search.

What Frontpage takes care of for you

  • A clean, styled button that matches the rest of your site, so your booking link never looks bolted on.
  • Placement in your navigation and hero, where people decide, built in when you describe your business.
  • A mobile-friendly layout, so your "Book now" button is easy to tap on any phone.

Your job is simply to grab your booking link and drop it in. Frontpage makes it look like it belongs.

Simple bookings, no extra tool

If you do not already have a scheduler, Frontpage Modules can collect appointment requests on the page. Ask for a booking form. Keep your current tool if you need staff calendars and deposits.

If you only do a few things

  1. Copy your booking link from your booking service.
  2. Add a "Book now" button and paste the link in, set to open in a new tab.
  3. Put that button in your navigation and your hero, in a color that stands out.

Get those three right and a ready customer is one tap from a booked appointment.

The bottom line

You do not have to choose between a great website and the booking system you already trust. Keep your tool, add a clear button, and let your Frontpage site do what it does best: make it effortless for a visitor to become a customer. The booking happens where it always has, and you never had to move a thing.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to switch to Frontpage's booking system?

No. If you already use a booking tool, keep it. This guide is about linking your existing booking page to a button on your site, so nothing about how you take appointments has to change.

Where do I find my booking link?

It lives in your booking service's settings, usually under "Online booking," "Share," or "Booking page." The list above shows the exact spot for the most popular services.

Should the button open in a new tab?

Yes. Opening your booking page in a new tab keeps your website open behind it, so the customer comes back to your site when they are done.

Where should I put the button?

In your top navigation, in your hero at the top of the homepage, and again near the bottom of the page. People decide to book at different moments, so give them the button in more than one place.

Can Frontpage take bookings directly on my site instead?

For simple needs, you can collect appointment requests right on your Frontpage site. See how to use Modules. If you rely on a full scheduler with staff calendars and deposits, keeping your current tool and linking to it is usually the better move. Either way, your site is ready.

Build it while the idea is fresh.

Describe the site you want and watch Frontpage build it live, in front of you.
